The Haifa Foundation
(est. 1983) is a public, non-profit
charitable organization serving Israel's
third largest city. Its mission is to
advance educational, cultural, coexistence,
community and environmental projects and to
improve the quality of life for all of
Haifa's residents.
Haifa, Israel's third largest city, is well
known for the unique harmony and
understanding that exists between its
citizens. Longtime residents live among new
immigrants from the former Soviet Block,
Ethiopia and other countries.
Jews, Christians, Muslims, Druze, Bahais and
Ahmedians live together in peace, serving as
a model for future co-existence.
We, at the Haifa Foundation, had established
numerous various projects to the benefit of
Haifa residents in the following main areas:
Youth & Education, Community services,
Immigrant Absorption, Culture & Sport, Arab
& Jewish Coexistence, Urban Renewal &
Beautification -
All projects financed by contributions
within Israel , and from abroad.
