COMPUTERIZED LEARNING NETWORK

Unfortunately, over the last few years, there has been a steady decline in the number of students who choose to study science-related subjects in comparison to new and fashionable study fields, such as communications, quality of the environment studies, and so forth.

No doubt one of the main challenges of the education system should be returning the study of science to its former glory, i.e. to stop this downward tendency and bring back up the number of students who will consider the study of science a challenge, a source of fulfilling personal capabilities and a base for academic studies in the prestigious faculties at the Technion and other academic institutions that qualify students in science and technology.

The education system in Haifa designed a comprehensive program for encouraging the study of science. The teaching staff in our high schools is ready and willing to face the challenge, but in order to succeed and allow our students to take advantage of their skills and achieve a high academic level, we need a high-quality and up-to-date learning environment, i.e. teaching laboratories that meet present needs.

The science laboratories in 8 Haifa schools were built a long time ago and have not been upgraded since, now is the time to upgrade them.
