Shikmona Hof HaCarmel Gan Hashavshevet Rosh maya Park

Shikmona Sea Shore

This part of Haifa's sea shore includes the Tel Shikmona archeological site and a sea shore strip rich with underwater unique marine life and species. The program includes: a paved bicycle path, pedestrian promenade, wooden deck, seating areas and lookouts, ecological rehabilitation of vegetation, and path system and seating at the archeological site.

Chof Hacarmel Beach Promenade

The Chof Hacarmel Promenade project will link the existing promenade and Park, creating a continuous recreational strip along Haifa's beaches, suitable for walking, cycling, and surfboarding. The plan includes environmental sculptures made by the famous sculptor, MICHA ULLMAN, in the shape of Aqueduct and Quarry.

Kiryat Eliezer Promenade

Opposite the main Haifa soccer stadium, between the Fattal playground and Amal St. there is a strip of neglected land with an old and inadequate seating area for the elderly.
The plan includes proper gardening, addition of seating facilities and some physical fitness facilities.

Conservation And Development Of The Rosh Maya Site

The Rosh Maya site is one of the most important archaeological sites in Haifa; it is situated in the heart of the Romema neighbourhood and is a public open space for the residents. We would like to conserve and restore it, make it available to the public for both educational and recreational purposes.

Haifa Great Synagogue

In its glory days, the Haifa Great Synagogue, an imposing, 5-story, Mandate-era building of basilican form occupying an entire city block in the Hadar Hacarmel neighborhood, attracted thousands of worshippers for services. Over the decades, however, the synagogue has fallen into disrepair. The project aims to restore this magnificent urban synagogue and return it to a place of centrality in the spiritual and cultural life of Haifa and the North.

Hecht Park

The Hecht Park recently established along Haifa coast line is in need of additions such as: a sculptures garden, physical fitness facilities, open air theater & skating ring, playground slides, weather vane sculptures.

Port Campus

During the Mandate, the British chose Haifa's broad natural harbor as Israel's main seaport for incoming and outgoing cargo. They dredged the port, reclaimed the coastal area beside it, and constructed a neighborhood of handsome, multi-storey buildings faced in dressed local stone for municipal government, commercial and residential purposes. For decades, the area's tree-lined thoroughfare, today's Haatzmauth (Independence) Street, boasted thriving businesses and shops.  In time, however, the residential population and businesses have relocated to other, newer urban neighborhoods and the suburbs, and the area has sorely declined.

Yeshiva Chassidei Gur Courtyard

Yeshiva Chassidei Gur (est. 1995) boards and educates 100 young men ages 13-17, 70% of whose families live in Haifa and the remaining 30% of whom hail from throughout the length and breadth of Israel. The premises are shared by a kollel educating 50 married men ages 20 – 50 and above. The yeshiva is located on a busy street in central Haifa's Hadar neighborhood, in a 70-year-old building purchased 12 years ago. During these dozen years, minimal investment has been made in the yard that surrounds the building on three sides.
