For over ten years, The Arab Friends of the Haifa Foundation, leading businessmen in the Arab community in Haifa,  support with their donations the scholarship program for needy and deserving Arab students.

Recipients are selected on the basis of financial need, academic accomplishments and dedication to public service.  They donate at least 40 hours of their time, working with Haifa's Arab population throughout the city, tutoring younger students, helping with homework and enhancing enrichment programs.  Each year 50-70 young people receive scholarships.
